Overview
At Cloud Syntex, I worked as an Associate Software Engineer contributing across the full lifecycle of CenterBlox—an AI-powered enterprise CRM and communication platform adapted for mission-critical disaster management.
Key Engineering Contributions
- Real-Time Notification Infrastructure: Integrated ASP.NET Core, Centrifugo, Redis, and WebSockets to offload persistent connection handling from application servers, verified at over 10,000 simulated concurrent connections.
- Media-Processing Microservice: Built an asynchronous processing service utilizing FFmpeg, ImageSharp, and ONNX models for image/video resizing and content moderation.
- Resilient Message Queues: Implemented RabbitMQ workflows featuring dead-letter queues, idempotent message handling, and retry strategies.
- Direct S3 Object Storage: Configured direct client uploads and downloads via presigned URLs, reducing bandwidth loads on backend services.
